In every project, I seek a balance between perfection and imperfection, between old traditions and a breath of freshness. Concise, almost tactile forms emerge from long observation of nature: how light and shadow fall across a surface, how water shapes stone and softly draws on sand, how tree branches bend and leaves interact with one another. I observe life, the multifaceted beauty of this world and its intimate dialogue with people. I capture the natural movement of nature, the kind one wants to follow with the eye to the very end, and hold it still in drawing and sculpture. In that state, time disappears and only the pure energy of silence and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee remain; there, I catch the moment when external chaos transforms into inner harmony and quiet.
